Payment: Payment is due at the time of booking or service. We accept major credit/debit cards and gift cards.
Refunds: Services are non-refundable once rendered. If you are not satisfied with your experience, please contact us to discuss your concerns.
Late Cancellation/No-Show: We may charge a fee for appointments canceled without adequate notice or for no-shows, as detailed at time of booking.
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash unless required by law. They may be used for eligible services and products offered by Nurture Spa.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nurture Spa is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. Always consult a physician before undergoing any treatment if you have medical conditions.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nurture Spa and its employees from any claims or liabilities arising out of your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or misuse of any products or treatments.
