PARKING

Please enjoy complimentary parking at 10 West Ferry Street in the parking lot for The Logan Inn. If a valet is present, you will receive a parking voucher that Nurture Spa will validate at no charge. Please allow a few extra minutes to park your car and walk across the street to the spa. 

ON THE DAY OF YOUR APPOINTMENT

We ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to the start time of your treatment. This will allow you to ease into the environment and prepare for your treatment without a rush. Upon entering Nurture, we ask that you place cell phones or other electronic devices on mute to ensure a relaxing environment for all guests. You are welcome to enjoy our locker rooms, change into one of our comfortable robes and footwear and store your belongings securely in a locker. Or you may simply change in your treatment room and your belongings will remain in the treatment room with you at all times. 

GRATUITIES


Gratuities are greatly appreciated by our staff. Please note that gratuities are not included in the cost of your service and can be paid by cash or check. Nurture Spa does not accept gratuities on credit cards.

REFUNDS


The purchase of spa services at Nurture Spa is non-refundable. If you have pre-purchased one or more spa services, these services are transferable to another client. You may also transfer the purchase price only of any pre-paid spa services to an Account Credit at Nurture Spa.

CANCELLATION POLICY


Should you need to cancel an appointment, kindly contact Nurture at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. Nurture Spa requires a credit card to reserve the appointment. Should you cancel in less than 24 hours or not show up for your appointment, your card will be charged the full price for the service(s).

LATE ARRIVAL 

Please be aware that your late arrival may determine and potentially shorten the length of your treatment. Unless advised otherwise upon arrival, your service will end on time so the next guest is not delayed. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. 

ATTIRE

We provide comfortable robes and footwear for you to utilize during your time in our spa. You may change and store garments in our locker rooms during your treatments.
Your comfort matters to us. During a treatment, you may wish to wear your own undergarments or we can provide you with hygienic disposable briefs. Treatments may also be enjoyed without clothing. Our professional therapists always use draping techniques to respect your privacy.

While welcome walk-ins, we recommend that you book in advance in order to ensure the availability of any and all spa treatments you may need. 

SHAVING 

Shaving is not recommended prior to any body exfoliation treatments or hair removal services. We specifically suggest that men shave three or more hours before a facial treatment.

COUPLES ROOM


To share your day spa experience with a partner, friend or family member, you may wish to reserve our double treatment room – featuring side-by-side treatment tables.

GIFT CARDS

Time at Nurture is a perfect gift for both friends and business colleagues. Please ask us about gift cards for services, products or both. Gift cards are not refundable, but are transferable. Nurture Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards. Gift cards should be treated like cash. If your gift card is lost or stolen, we will make every effort to research the original purchase and credit you if possible, but this is not guaranteed.
