After two decades as a Senior Executive in the corporate world in the US and Canada, Carolyn was compelled to follow her dream and “build the spa that I never found”.

Because of her heart-led mantra, Carolyn is exceedingly passionate about helping others to have the best spa experience possible. Having veteran-status in countless spa treatments, Carolyn is always the model for a new protocol to ensure the experience is in keeping with the Nurture Spa standard. And as an esthetician herself, healing the skin has always been a personal passion for Carolyn. From struggling with cystic acne as a teen to her experience working for two major beauty brands, when it comes to achieving results, Carolyn knows what works and what doesn’t…firsthand. Carolyn selects and vets all products before they hit the shelf at Nurture to ensure they deliver their promise and are “on brand”. “If I won’t buy it or use it, why should our client? Every product in our boutique is not only something I would use myself, but something I would also give as a gift.”
Fast forward to today, Carolyn’s focus remains steadfast on ensuring that her client’s enjoy the best spa experience possible, and that her employees enjoy a healthy and rewarding employment experience.
